After we pressure washed this Indian Harbour Beach home, we repaired all of the stucco cracks and applied a clear sealer to all painted surfaces (due to chalkyness and also to assure good adhesion of the top coat) of the home. Then we recaulked all windows and applied three colors and two coats of Richards Signature Series satin exterior paint to the stucco walls, bands, columns, garage doors and all exterior doors.

Popcorn Removal-Skip Trowel Texture, Prime and Paint in Melbourne/Palm Bay, Florida

In this video we removed the popcorn texture from the ceilings of a home in Palm Bay, Florida. Repaired a few failing tape joints and filled some toggle bolt holes on the drywall ceiling. We then applied a Skip trowel hand texture to the ceilings. Next we primed ceilings with an oil base stain blocking primer to insure good adheshion and beautiful bright white ceilings after the finsh coat of paint has been applied. Finally we painted the newly skip troweled ceilings with Sherwin Williams Pro-Mar 200 semi-gloss.

We pressure washed , applied clear sealer (to ensure good adhesion of top coat), repaired staircase cracks on stucco walls, repaired/textured pool deck, painted all walls, bands, soffits,gutters and pool deck.

Going Green-Painting
in Brevard County, Fl

Peck painting is proud to be a part of this Green project. We used Sherwin Williams Harmony paint which is a 0 voc (volatile organic compound) perfect for Interior Painting in hospitals, restaurants, hotels, public areas and environmentally conscious customers.

Pool Deck Repairs,
Texturing and Painting in Suntree, Fl

After pressure washing we etched the concrete where the repairs were going to be done. Next we floated out the areas where the texture had chipped off with a thin coat. Then, we applied the knockdown pool deck texture. Finally we spot primed and painted two coats of a top grade pool deck stain.
